1up Terms & Conditions – Know the Rules Before You Play

01 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 1up, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of any other person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform.
• The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each person may hold only one account on 1up. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, payment method, device, or household — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

1up reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restricted account access or account closure.

02 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number or email address. 1up uses OTP-based verification and SSL encryption to protect account access, but your individual password security remains your responsibility.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Do not allow any other person to access your account.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 1up immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

1up will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Any activity that occurs under your account login will be considered your own, regardless of whether you authorised it.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 1up are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept or process payments in any foreign currency. The following general rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• Accepted payment channels include Philippine online and mobile banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Available options are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Processing times may vary depending on the payment channel and your account verification status.
• 1up reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using methods not listed on the platform may result in transaction failure, delays, or account review. 1up is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details provided by the user.

04 Game Rules and Betting Conduct

By using any game or betting feature on 1up — including slots, live casino, fish games, eBingo, and sports betting — you agree to the following:

• All bets and game sessions are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement.
• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures, depending on the game type. Results are final.

• Any malfunction in a game voids all related bets and pays. 1up will not be liable for payouts based on a technical error.

05 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1up and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or playing on behalf of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for profit.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of account registration or verification.
• Opening multiple accounts, whether directly or through proxies, VPNs, or other means of identity masking.
• Any form of threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at other players or 1up staff.

1up actively monitors platform activity for signs of fraud, collusion, and abuse. We reserve the right to take action on any account suspected of prohibited conduct — including withholding funds pending investigation.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 1up may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback arrangements, or other incentives to players. The following general rules apply to all promotional offers unless specific terms for an individual promotion state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria vary per promotion and will be stated in the relevant offer details.

• Only one bonus may be active at a time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed within the agreed exclusion period.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1up shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own failure to follow platform rules or secure your account.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the platform caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Decisions made by you in connection with betting or gaming activity, including the outcome of any wager.

Our liability to you in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the incident.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

1up may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• At your own request, including as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming decision.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 1up's discretion, particularly where prohibited conduct is involved. In cases of voluntary closure with no outstanding breaches, any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11 Changes to These Terms

1up reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date shown in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform or via registered contact details. Continued use of 1up after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
